SalarySe Assured Deals - Terms and Conditions

SalarySe Assured Deals is a program designed to provide added confidence when shopping with select partner brands on the SalarySe platform.
Applicability

- SalarySe Assured Deals apply only to selected brands that are explicitly part of this program.

- Brands covered under SalarySe Assured are clearly identified with the "SalarySe Assured" logo on their respective brand pages.

- It is the customer's responsibility to verify the presence of the SalarySe Assured logo before making a purchase if they wish to avail of this protection.
Exclusions

- SalarySe Assured refunds do not apply to purchases made at any offline stores or physical retail locations, regardless of brand participation in the online program.

- Only online purchases made through the SalarySe platform with participating brands are eligible. Please note, we still process refunds for brands not part of this where there is a genuine failure, this is done to avoid fraud.
Refund Process and Timeline

- All refund requests under SalarySe Assured Deals are subject to verification and review by the SalarySe team.

- Refunds will be processed only after we complete our investigation and verification process.

- Customers must wait for the completion of our review process, which may take up to 15 days or longer from the date of request submission.

- No resolution or refund will be provided until our investigation is complete, even if the 15-day period has elapsed.

- Customers are required to cooperate with any verification requirements, including but not limited to providing order details, product images, or other relevant documentation.

- SalarySe reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet eligibility criteria or where fraud is suspected.
Customer Responsibilities

- Customers must verify that their purchase is from a SalarySe Assured brand before checkout.

- Customers must submit refund requests within the timeframe specified by the brand's return policy.

- Customers must provide complete and accurate information during the refund request process.
Limitations of Liability

- SalarySe's obligation under the Assured Deals program is limited to the refund amount as per the investigation outcome.

- SalarySe is not liable for any delays in the review process due to incomplete information provided by the customer.

- SalarySe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SalarySe Assured Deals program at any time without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution

- All decisions made by SalarySe regarding refund eligibility and processing are final and binding.

- For any disputes or clarifications, customers may contact SalarySe customer support.
